Customer Care Specialist / Showroom Assistant (Part Time):
We have two openings for individuals with retail service experience to help customers with product inquiries, selection and ordering in our showroom, by phone, and by email. Responsibilities include providing extra team support with shipping and order processing. If you enjoy helping people and work hard every day to improve your skills and make customers happy--then we want you to be on our team! Both opportunities are part-time (4 set days between Mon-Sat, up to 30 hrs), direct-hire positions with benefits. Possibility to evolve into a full-time position.

Seeking an experienced, technical and business savvy individual to be responsible for prioritizing and ensuring smooth IT and software system operations. Regular activities include:
- Outlining the causes and guiding resolutions with system users.
- Configuring new equipment, troubleshooting, installing/managing updates, managing web content and product setups.
- Providing owner and management reporting and analysis for software-based systems from website and campaigns to operations.
