Shipping

Free shipping only applies to orders $150.00 and above and covers standard ground transit, typically a one week to ten day delivery period. Free shipping does not apply outside of the continental US, to Canada, or other to international destinations.

Please call us for specific quotes to those destinations, we are happy to help find the most efficient way to deliver to your door!

• Contact us to get a quote for expedited shipping options. Please note, these are estimates. If actual shipping cost exceeds estimates, we will contact you to collect payment for additional shipping costs prior to shipment. 
• Please note that due to increased shipping costs, all Coyuchi items will incur a $30 shipping charge at checkout. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us. 
• Orders of $150 or more ship free within the continental U.S. within approximately 5 - 10 business days.
• The Shepherd's Dream all-wool mattress ships via FedEx, signature required. 

When you receive your purchase, please inspect the packaging. If you see any rips in the plastic or cardboard or see any other shipping-related problems, please describe what you see on the bill of lading before you sign it, ask the driver to sign it, then call us immediately.

Packaging - With the exception of mattresses, our products ship without the use of plastic wrap in the shipping carton. If you would like a little extra protection, you can request your items be placed in a biodegradable bag on your cart page. If you have already placed your order, contact us to request special packaging.

Lead Times - Our lead times consist of the amount of time needed to make your product, as most of our items are handmade to order. This does not include the time for shipping or delivery. In some circumstances, scheduled delivery dates may be rescheduled due to shipping delays or staffing shortages.

For in-stock items, the current delivery time frame is 3-10 days. For items made-to-order, lead times vary from 1-4 weeks depending on the product. You can check specific product lead times on the product page. 

International Shipments - Choose shipping method at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. For orders to Canada, we include appropriate NAFTA Certificate of Origin documents for items we manufacture. Estimated shipping charges are paid at time of order. If actual shipping cost exceeds estimates, we will contact you to collect payment for additional shipping costs prior to shipment.
