    Inspired by the traditional kantha quilts of India, this quilt is hand embroidered with waves of tiny, contrasting stitches, for great texture and color from end to end. On the undyed version, multi-color thread creates vibrant variation. Crafted of soft, breathable organic cotton, inside and out, it's ideal for year-round use – perfect on its own in the warm months and easy to layer with a blanket or duvet for wintry nights.     Care

    Machine wash on gentle or delicate cycle with like colors,  cold water and a natural, plant-based laundry detergent. Line dry, or tumble dry low and remove promptly.

These are truly heirloom quality. The organic quilt reordered was grey, and we were very pleased with the color; It was very neutral not leaning heavily toward taupe or blue as greys tend to do. The hand stitching is absolutely beautiful. If you are even thinking about ordering this item, you should just do it and you can do it with confidence.
